Returns Policy

We can only accept returns on products that are damaged or faulty on receipt of delivery. All of our products are subject to our 10 Day returns policy. This means all products must be returned to us unused in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, free from damage.

If you have not received your order within 10 days, please let us know via email so we can either refund the order or send a replacement product. If no contact has been made within 14 days of the order date, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Before you purchase any garments or products we advise you view the fitting guide and read the product description as you may not be eligible to return your item if it is the wrong size, as our clothing and apparel are manufactured and printed to order. If we are able to facilitate a return due to a sizing issue this will be to our discretion.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your returned item has been recieved an inspected we will notify you via email that we have recieved your returned item, and inform you whether you are elegible for a refund or exchange as per your return request. All refunds will be made via the same payment method or debit card that you used to purchase the item.

Return Shipping

All items must be returned by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (or similar depending on country) using the return address label on the packaging, unless otherwise advised. If you are unsure or have any queries please contact us at fam@rave.direct

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless it has been agreed that an item has been damaged or faulty upon delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise paid for.
